I'm experiencing an issue with File Explorer on my Windows eleven laptop computer where it refuses to open. Anytime I try and launch it from the taskbar, the appliance appears to begin loading, but then the taskbar refreshes, and almost nothing happens. The same dilemma occurs when aiming to open up File Explorer from the beginning menu or as an ad
